iStorm Training is different in many ways - our combination of fun activities and wonderful locations with high quality training for example. Our style of facilitation is subtle, humble uses a lot of content free questions (clean questions). The outcome is so self empowering you may never need to invest in training again. And that is a good thing these days. You will be more effective & efficient, in turn saving time & energy (and therefor money) with no more necessity for ongoing training.

A pleasant side-effect of the iStorm Training is that you will also acquire the clean language communication skill. You will find this very beneficial in leadership and management, negotiation, motivation, solving problems as well as communicating with young children and people in general. The icing on the cake is enhancing your ability to self-lead and manage change.

All iStorm programs have the same self-driven pioneering method, stunning locations and good healthy food as its foundation. Every afternoon and early evening we customize the program to your requirements. This is a wonderful adventure of your inner worlds. Every single 7 day intensive or retreat has a life of it's own. It unfolds organically precisely as required by the delegates of the program. Generally speaking, the typical format is set to where we have training sessions in the mornings and evenings with free time during the afternoon.

The free time in the afternoon allows time for you to:

go on a walk or run
take a break from the intense work to enjoy the beauty of nature
integrate what you've discovered during your training sessions
enjoy a fun activity offered around the venue (example - go surfing when at our Ocean & Beach location or snow skiing when at our Mountain & Snow location)
do whatever you wish!
