What to expect

iStorm is different in many ways. Most obvious in how we let you choose, decide, find out what is best for you. Every day we present a range of exercises and processes. We show you how they work, what type of situations they typically apply to and give you what you need to get going. You can pick your range of processes, the topic you will be working on, and which facilitator you want to work with. You decide when the facilitator assistance is required.

Every day will have a different mix of processes on offer, specifically designed so to introduce you to the unconventional pioneering ways at first, then deepen your self exploration to your ‘finishing state’ of flowing with increased clarity and peace of mind. Then the processes are focusing on how to self sustain your new found state of natural self and we come full circle by offering you processes that assist you into mapping out your future from here.

You will take breaks when you want, and work where you want. As you decide what you bring to the table this week you will have a 100% result. The choice is yours, the program is totally customized to your specific needs and requirements. You can address specific personal aspects, things that do not work in your professional arena, or explore big questions like “what is your purpose in life?”. Our facilitators are very experienced in all areas of life and have facilitated a wide range of causes. All our facilitators have had extensive training and have found their natural self from which they facilitate you with compassion without judgment.

At the end of your week’s retreat you will experience much more clarity and peace of mind and your quality and skills are all enhanced. You find yourself naturally adapting to what life and work situations require to have a maximized outcome. You have experienced not just a profound inner change but also have had a refreshing break with fun activities and like-minded company. A pleasant side-effect of your 7-Day self empowerment is that you now have acquired the clean language communication skill. You will find this very beneficial in leadership and management, negotiation, motivation, solving problems as well as communicating with young children.

Everybody is inspired by naturals, whether they are athletes, musicians, actors, leaders or even a family member. What is it that attracts people to a leader? How come so many people like this leader? How come people want to be like this leader and help to create a following that operates as one in life, politics, business and any other environment?

The answer is quite simple. These leaders are original, have an extraordinary ability to accept others as they are and are able to see the light at the end of the tunnel when others see darkness. These leaders have no hidden agendas and so at a deeper level their followers trust the unexplainable connection they feel.

What is required to achieve this is an understanding of yourself that leads to total acceptance of yourself and others. To do this you must face all aspects of yourself – desirable and undesirable – whether you are presently aware of these or not. The best way to measure this is to look at your present following, team or employees. Are you perceiving their limitations, weaknesses, or simply the areas in which they can improve? It does not matter if you are looking at their performance or their personality. If the answer is yes then your people will absolutely benefit from you attending an iStorm Leadership Training. Like a ripple effect of a stone thrown in still water, anything you do or not do affects the people around you. So will any change and growth of your own personal leadership.

How do I improve my leadership?

Picture the Russian dolls. Up until now you have learned and adapted to become the person you are today. Most of these learned behaviors and tendencies are useful now and help you adapt to your current environment. While others were useful at one point in time they may no longer be serving you in living the life you want. Our inner Russian dolls are all fitted on the previous one, connected through a complex structure more like a family tree with lots of branches and roots. Any previous learning and adaptation from your environment is connected to its previous and its future adaptation. The effects of these connections can be changed temporarily by bypassing them with a new way (i.e. forcing yourself to think positively and bringing in positive emotions from elsewhere and connecting them to your undesired experience). Another more permanent way would be to travel through the connections of your Russian doll family tree network and find the root of your ‘undesired’ or ‘to improve’ aspect of self.

iStorm training is specifically designed to do precisely that. It uses a holistic and integral methodology that allows you to apply elemental science to human perception at your own pace, following your own needs.

Residential Retreats for “a journey to authentic leadership”:

The Leadership Training is designed to develop oneself to a whole human being with a high level of awareness. This is a personal journey which is best suited for those who are ready to accept the unconventional and are willing to face their shadows. Like any other iStorm training you are in full control. It is your own empowered leadership ability that will propel you towards your desired results.

This retreat will take place at either one of our Ocean & Beach or Mountain & Snow venues. We start the day with a healthy breakfast and spend the entire morning training. We start the day with a presentation and demonstrations of exercises and process available to you that day. We explain to what life areas they apply best and how you can make the most of the available personal facilitation provided by the iStorm team.

After lunch you can relax at the venue and its surroundings or choose one of the available activities. This varies from surfing lessons and beach activities at the Ocean & Beach Retreat to ski/snowboarding and mountain activities during our Mountain & Snow Retreats. From dinner onwards we wrap up the day with a series of exercises that reaffirm and integrate you learned that day.

The expansion in awareness that results can lead to huge shifts in the way you experience the world. Everything can feel and look different and it is vital you have a facilitator present that understands your experience. The Leadership Program is for those who seek to inspire themselves and others.
